Memberships include weekly training sessions with a coach. Permits use of facility without a coach.

Summer Training Camp

  • May 1, 2017- September 1, 2017
  • Train anywhere from 2-5 days a week
  • Individualized strength and conditioning program
  • One-on-one fitness testing
  • Personalized nutrition plans
  • Injury rehab (if necessary)
  • Group speed training (optional)  
  • Body fat assessments
  • Flexible schedules (morning, afternoons and evenings)

Youth Development Program

  • Ages 10-13
  • May 1, 2017 – September 1, 2017
  • Train from 2-3 days a week
  • Small group strength and conditioning sessions
  • Introduction to strength training
  • Fitness testing
  • Optional nutrition plans
  • Injury rehab (if necessary)
  • Group speed training
  • Flexible schedules
  • Morning and evening session available (May and June are evenings only)
