Memberships

TNT Memberships

TNT Membership Options: 

TNT memberships can vary depending on the individual or athletes wants/needs. TNT offers four different membership options:

  1. Individualized program (more information below)

  2. Unlimited class and/or workout of the day* (more information below)

  3. One-on-one *

  4. Gym-only access

Each membership options is available for 3-month, 6-month or a year.
* class passes/sessions are available for purchase without a membership commitment.

Membership Bonus:

  • Goal setting consultation

  • Quarterly fitness and body fat assessment (if requested)

  • Prehabilitation and rehabilitation programs (if needed)

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM:

  • Who is it for? Anyone (individuals or athletes) with a specific goal in mind where you want to really elevate your workout regime.

  • What is it? An individual workout program that is written by a TNT coach to target your specific goals (e.g. gain more speed, build better endurance, lose body fat, tone upper body).

  • Requirements? Minimum 3x a week attendance is required. Meet with a TNT coach to outline your goals first. You are required to write and track your workouts so that your workouts can continue to enhance and challenge you.

  • This is great option if you are an athlete looking to go to the next level.

  • This is a great option if you’re an individual who has maybe plateaued with your workout regime or someone who needs help being held accountable.

UNLIMITED CLASS AND/OR GROUP WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • Who is it for? Anyone looking for unique and fresh strength and conditioning workouts on a daily basis. Great for someone who wants and needs a bit of coaching and pushing, but also wants to take the thought out of the workout and just come to work hard for 1-hour.
    This option is also for our women’s only bootcamp classes.

  • What is it (workout of the day)? Monday through Friday there is a different workout that is posted each day. You sign up for an open gym time slot and a TNT coach will be there walking you through set by set, exercise by exercise what the workout is. Your TNT coach will be floating around working with all individuals who are working out at that time. Each day has a different muscle group focus:
    Monday: chest and back
    Tuesday: lower body
    Wednesday: core and arms
    Thursday: shoulders and upper body
    Friday: full body functional / cardio training

  • This is great option for anyone looking to enhance their workouts and be held accountable for a full workout. Individuals who attend this time find that they love the atmosphere and that everyone else around them are pushing themselves.

Specialized Camps:

Summer Training Camp

  • Ages 13+

  • May to early September

  • Train anywhere from 2-5 days a week

  • Individualized strength and conditioning program

  • One-on-one fitness testing

  • Personalized nutrition plans

  • Injury rehab (if necessary)

  • Group speed training (optional)

  • Body fat assessments

  • Flexible schedules (morning, afternoons and evenings)

Youth Development Program

  • Ages 10-13

  • May to early September

  • Train from 2-3 days a week

  • Small group strength and conditioning sessions

  • Introduction to strength training

  • Fitness testing

  • Optional nutrition plans

  • Injury rehab (if necessary)

  • Group speed training

  • Flexible schedules

  • Morning and evening session available (May and June are evenings only)
